How I Prepare For Seminars…

I head off to Las Vegas for the JV Alert seminar early tomorrow
morning, so I need to stop blogging and get ready for that. When
I go to seminars, I go with a list of specific people that I
want to talk to and with VERY specific objectives.

As a joint venture broker, I go to sit down and talk with
numerous joint venture partners about my projects and about their
upcoming projects.

I go to actually record a few audio and/or video interviews live.

I go to sit down face-to-face and discuss certain projects with
potential clients or JV partners to make sure that I fully
understand them.

I go to take photos with friends new and old.

I go to learn from the speakers, and even if I’ve heard a given
speakers a dozen times, if I really listen, I always learn something
new.
